- • As an Analytics Engineer at CapiMoney Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data foundation that powers strategic decision-making across a fast-growing fintech mission-driven to increase GDP in emerging markets by making global trade fairer and more accessible. Your work will directly enable leadership, product, finance, and operations teams to make informed, data-backed choices that scale impact.
- • You will architect, maintain, and continuously improve scalable data models and pipelines using dbt and SQL, ensuring data quality, reliability, and observability so that stakeholders across Finance, Growth, Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Operations can trust the insights they rely on daily.
- • You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to formalize, document, and align on key business and financial KPIs — such as revenue, retention, and LTV — creating a single source of truth that eliminates ambiguity and drives consistency in reporting and strategy.
- • You will design and maintain high-impact, self-serve executive dashboards and reporting tools tailored to diverse audiences, from senior leadership to investors, transforming complex data into clear, actionable narratives that support strategic planning and operational agility.
- • You will champion data best practices across the organization, fostering a culture of data literacy and rigor by mentoring peers, promoting testing and documentation standards, and acting as a trusted advisor who bridges technical depth with business context.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience building and maintaining central data models used cross-functionally in a business context
- • Expert-level SQL proficiency with proven ability to design robust, scalable, and performant data models
- • Extensive experience with BI/dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode) and creating self-serve reporting solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
- • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives — framing insights with context, pedagogy, and storytelling tailored to Finance, Product, leadership, and investor audiences
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken) with demonstrated adaptability in communication style and level of detail for diverse stakeholders
- • High autonomy, strong ownership mindset, and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
