📋 Description

• Serve as a foundational member of Oscilar’s GTM Ops & Strategy team to build the data foundation for scalable analytics across the organization.
• Partner with stakeholders across Ops, Finance, Sales, Marketing, BDR, and Customer Success to translate business data needs into clear technical requirements.
• Define, build, and manage key data pipelines in dbt to transform raw data into canonical, reliable datasets for company-wide use.
• Leverage AI tools including Claude, LLMs, and AI agents to accelerate end-to-end analytics workflows—from requirements gathering and data modeling to dashboarding, documentation, QA, and automation.
• Read, write, debug, and validate SQL, Python, dbt models, and AI-generated code to ensure outputs are accurate, reliable, and production-ready.
• Establish and enforce high data integrity standards, SLAs, and QA processes to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of metrics and reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track core business, GTM, and operational KPIs using visualization platforms such as Hex or Claude-powered workflows.
• Build foundational data products, automations, and lightweight internal tools to enable self-serve analytics across the company.
• Evaluate and make informed build-vs-buy decisions across the GTM data stack, prioritizing internal development when it delivers speed, leverage, or competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with GTM and Finance leaders to influence roadmap decisions from a data systems and analytics perspective.
• Become the internal expert on Oscilar’s data models, business metrics, GTM systems, and broader data architecture.
• Help shape and scale a modern, AI-native analytics engineering function as the company grows.
• Maintain a full-stack mindset, solving problems end-to-end even when they fall outside narrowly defined responsibilities.
• Ensure all data products are documented, tested, and maintained with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.
• Continuously improve data workflows by integrating AI capabilities while maintaining rigorous human oversight for validation and logic integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or in a similar Data Science & Analytics role.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience building multi-step ETL workflows and robust data models using dbt.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude, LLMs, and/or AI agents to accelerate analytics, data engineering, or reporting workflows.
• Experience partnering with GTM, Finance, and cross-functional teams to build and report on company-wide metrics.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow and version control tools like GitHub.
• Experience building reporting and dashboards in visualization platforms such as Hex or Claude-powered workflows.
