- • As an Analytics Engineer at Justplay GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of marketing, product development, and monetization efforts through data-driven insights, directly impacting company growth and efficiency.
- • Day to day, you will extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets related to marketing, in-app events, product, and monetization metrics; design and maintain data models using dimensional modeling principles; conduct cohort analysis and segmentation; and develop and maintain core dashboards and reports for tracking key performance metrics.
- • You will join a dynamic data analytics team within Justplay GmbH, a company with over 30 nationalities working from 20 different locations, collaborating closely with stakeholders across marketing, product management, finance, and data engineering to align on objectives and drive data-informed initiatives.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data transformation tools like dbt and Dataform, version control with Git, and mobile analytics platforms such as Adjust and Firebase, while gaining experience in collaborating on external machine learning projects and communicating complex findings to non-technical stakeholders to drive business impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of proven experience in analytics engineer roles, preferably within the B2C app or mobile gaming industry
- • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL and Python
- • Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Looker, or Tableau, including creating intuitive dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- • Experience with data transformation tools (dbt, Dataform) and version control (Git)
- • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, draw meaningful conclusions, and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- • Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Adjust, Firebase) for measuring user acquisition and engagement
