📋 Description

• • Shape the future of transparent, inclusive finance as Younited’s next Analytics Engineer (Risk & Reporting). You will sit at the intersection of data, regulation, and business strategy, turning raw data into rock-solid, self-service reporting that powers decisions from the trading floor to the boardroom.
• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of our regulatory and contractual data products. You will map today’s patchwork of spreadsheets and ad-hoc SQL into a scalable, industrial-grade framework built on BigQuery, dbt, and Airflow—cutting manual effort by 80 % and giving every stakeholder instant, trustworthy answers.
• • Design future-proof data models that anticipate new European regulations, partner contracts, and product launches. You will embed data-quality gates, lineage, and documentation so that Finance, Risk, and Strategic Partnership teams can explore data autonomously without ever second-guessing accuracy.
• • Build and optimize ELT pipelines that ingest billions of events from loan origination, repayments, fraud signals, and partner feeds. You will champion software-engineering best practices—Git flow, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews—so that every pull request raises the bar for reliability and speed.
• • Serve as the “data translator” between technical and non-technical teams. You will run training sessions, write crystal-clear documentation, and create Looker dashboards that turn complex risk metrics into intuitive visuals, driving data literacy across 500+ Younies in Paris, Rome, Barcelona, and Lisbon.
• • Proactively monitor data freshness, volume, and anomaly scores. When a pipeline drifts or a KPI looks off, you will be the first to sound the alarm, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate fixes—protecting our B-Corp reputation and the trust of over one million customers.
• • Influence product roadmaps by surfacing insights on portfolio performance, default trends, and partner profitability. Your analyses will directly impact pricing strategies, new market entries, and the next generation of Younited Credit, Pay, and Coach offerings.
• • Collaborate in a truly international environment: morning stand-ups with Lisbon data engineers, lunchtime white-boarding with Paris risk officers, and afternoon deep-dives with Barcelona partnership managers. Occasional short assignments abroad will broaden your perspective and your network.
• • Continuously raise the bar. You will run Friday Tech Workshops, mentor junior analysts, and experiment with emerging tools—whether that’s streaming pipelines, data-contracts, or AI-driven anomaly detection—to keep Younited at the cutting edge of fintech analytics.
