• • As an Analytics Engineer at Prime Therapeutics, you will play a critical role in transforming raw healthcare data into reliable, actionable insights that drive smarter pharmacy benefit decisions and improve patient outcomes. Your work ensures data integrity, accessibility, and usability across the organization, directly supporting data-driven strategies that enhance care delivery and operational efficiency.
• • You will optimize data retrieval systems, design and maintain scalable ELT pipelines, and develop robust data models that underpin business intelligence initiatives, enabling stakeholders to access timely, accurate data for reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include: developing and testing data architecture and logical/physical data models; constructing and monitoring ELT processes to ensure data quality and reliability; collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions; identifying opportunities to automate manual data workflows; maintaining metadata repositories and data marts; troubleshooting data inconsistencies; and documenting processes for knowledge transfer and compliance.
• • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, business intelligence analysts, IT operations, and pharmacy benefit management experts to ensure seamless integration between data systems and user-facing applications such as dashboards and self-service analytics tools.
