• • The Senior Analytics Engineer at Prime Therapeutics plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization by designing, building, and maintaining robust data architectures and pipelines that transform raw data into actionable insights for pharmacy benefit management and healthcare services.
• • This role is essential to Prime’s mission of connecting care beyond profits, as the engineer ensures reliable, efficient, and high-quality data flow that supports strategic business initiatives, improves patient outcomes, and optimizes operational performance through advanced analytics and self-service visualization tools.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to analyze current and future data needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions for large and complex datasets.
• • Designing, constructing, testing, and maintaining ELT processes, logical and physical data models, data marts, metadata repositories, and data warehouse designs aligned with organizational goals.
• • Optimizing data retrieval mechanisms, developing algorithms, and implementing improvements to enhance data reliability, processing efficiency, and overall data quality across systems.
• • Contributing to and maintaining the business glossary and related resources to promote cross-functional understanding and collaboration on analytical data assets.
• • Partnering with business teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and uncover insights that drive better decision-making and process innovation.
• • Providing technical leadership to analytics projects, building proof-of-concepts to validate business value, and ensuring new initiatives support effective information management.
• • Cross-training and supporting team members in roles such as Data Scientist, Systems Analyst, Report Developer, and Database Administrator to foster knowledge sharing and team resilience.
