đź“‹ Description
- • Lead the design and implementation of reliable, automated reporting systems that transform complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights for Rula’s largest external partners.
- • Serve as the primary data storyteller for partner teams, presenting easy-to-understand visualizations and narratives that demonstrate Rula’s impact on clinical outcomes, cost of care, and operational success.
- • Automate foundational reporting workflows using modern data stack tools including SQL, dbt, and Airflow to reduce manual effort and enable deeper analytical exploration.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and operations teams to anticipate data needs, align reporting priorities, and support client-facing strategy without direct account ownership.
- • Translate healthcare-specific performance indicators — such as utilization rates, network adequacy, and clinical outcomes — into partner-facing dashboards and reports that drive trust and retention.
- • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify gaps in existing reporting infrastructure and implement scalable solutions that improve data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- • Act as a key customer-facing liaison at the intersection of data and relationships, ensuring partners experience the full value of Rula’s mental health platform through transparent, data-driven communication.
- • Maintain and evolve data pipelines and visualization dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex to meet evolving partner requirements and regulatory standards.
- • Proactively identify trends in care delivery and operational performance by analyzing payer and health-system data, then communicate findings to influence partner decision-making.
- • Ensure all reporting systems comply with healthcare data standards and privacy requirements while maintaining the highest level of data integrity and security.
- • Support the scaling of Rula’s partner ecosystem by building flexible, reusable reporting templates that can be adapted for new partners and use cases.
- • Work within a remote-first environment, coordinating across U.S.-based teams to deliver timely insights despite geographic dispersion.
- • Contribute to a culture of inclusion by fostering open communication, psychological safety, and equitable access to data resources across all teams.
- • Participate in quarterly department stipends for team-building activities and in-person gatherings to strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- • Leverage the monthly $50 wellness stipend and Home Office Stipend to maintain a productive, healthy remote work environment.
- • Engage with Employee Resource Groups that celebrate diverse identities and lived experiences to enhance community and belonging within the organization.
- • Utilize the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support mental and physical well-being while managing high-priority partner analytics demands.
- • Take part in two company-wide shutdown weeks annually to prioritize rest and recovery, reinforcing Rula’s commitment to sustainable work practices.
- • Maintain full transparency in pay and performance expectations, aligned with Rula’s commitment to equitable compensation across all U.S. states (excluding Hawaii).
