- • As an Anaplan Solution Architect at GlobalFoundries, you will play a pivotal role in transforming financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes by designing, building, and optimizing scalable Anaplan models that drive strategic decision-making across a global semiconductor leader.
- • You will serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert for the Global Performance Finance Team, enabling connected planning and forecasting initiatives that support business agility and data-driven insights in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- • Your work will directly impact how GlobalFoundries forecasts financial performance, allocates resources, and aligns business operations with long-term strategic goals through best-in-class enterprise planning technology.
- • Day to day, you will identify and transform legacy spreadsheets and fragmented business solutions into efficient, transparent Anaplan models that improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- • You will optimize existing models by integrating new functionalities, ensuring they evolve with changing business needs and support end-to-end connected planning across finance, operations, and business units.
- • Acting as an architectural SME, you will guide stakeholders through 'The Anaplan Way' implementation methodology, ensuring adherence to best practices in model design, governance, and change management.
- • You will configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and security settings to meet specific business requirements while ensuring model performance and usability.
- • You will lead or participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and production support, including training global users and providing timely feedback to business partners.
- • You will contribute to data integration design by collaborating with IT and data teams to ensure seamless inbound and outbound data flows from source systems such as ERP, CRM, and APS platforms.
- • You will develop comprehensive model documentation, define user roles and permissions, and support ongoing model maintenance to ensure long-term sustainability and audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements
- • Certified Anaplan Solution Architect with validated expertise in Anaplan platform capabilities and implementation best practices.
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience successfully implementing Anaplan solutions as a Model Builder and Solution Architect, including financial, labor, and business planning models.
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, with proven ability to translate complex spreadsheet models into scalable, multi-dimensional Anaplan designs.
- • Demonstrated knowledge of formal system implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile), covering requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment phases.
- • Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as Pigment, Power BI, Cognos, Hyperion, SAP BPC, TM1, or similar platforms, including data integration with ERP, CRM, and APS systems.
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems aptitude skills, with the ability to identify technology-driven efficiency opportunities and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
