• • This role requires effective interfacing with both cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers, as well as internal stakeholders across Support, IT, and Product Engineering, to achieve strategic objectives.
• • You will participate in a geographically distributed on-call rotation, providing essential 24x7x365 production support and responding promptly to urgent customer issues.
• • Embracing a culture of continuous improvement, you will practice sustainable incident response and conduct blameless postmortems to learn from and prevent future issues.
• • Working within a small, agile team, you will contribute to the development and refinement of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodologies, actively support your peers, and engage in continuous self-improvement.
