  • • Join OXIO, a pioneering force in the Telecom-as-a-Service (TaaS) industry, as an AP/AR Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping our global finance operations. At OXIO, we're revolutionizing how brands and enterprises access and manage mobile networks, offering a cloud-based SaaS platform that empowers them to own and operate proprietary networks. Our innovative solution not only consolidates multiple existing networks but also provides unparalleled business intelligence and customer insights, enabling companies to deeply understand customer and machine (M2M) behavior. As we continue to drive innovation and expand our reach, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable AP/AR Specialist to contribute to the success of our dynamic Finance Team.
  • • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in supporting our comprehensive global finance processes. Your responsibilities will span across accounts payable, accounts receivable, meticulous customer account reconciliations, and the crucial task of finance data uploads, alongside various ad hoc activities that support the broader financial objectives of the company. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Finance, account managers, and the legal department to gain a thorough understanding of customer agreements, ensuring that all account reconciliations are accurate and compliant.
  • • A key part of your role will involve the preparation of monthly invoices for OXIO’s diverse customer base, utilizing both Xero and Facturama platforms. You will meticulously audit these invoices against client contracts to guarantee full compliance, ensuring that all billing is accurate and reflects the agreed-upon terms. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing inventory invoices as requested by the sales team, facilitating smooth operational workflows and accurate financial tracking.
  • • You will ensure the timely and accurate processing and approval of all vendor bills, maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and upholding OXIO’s financial integrity. A significant aspect of your contribution will be the continuous analysis of key financial metrics. This includes, but is not limited to, detailed aging reports for both accounts receivable and accounts payable, comprehensive monthly cost analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, and in-depth inventory-movement analysis to ensure efficient stock management.
  • • Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you prepare ad-hoc reports designed to meet various business needs, providing valuable insights to stakeholders across different departments. You will also coordinate effectively with project teams to ensure that vendors are properly onboarded, which is essential for the seamless processing of Purchase Orders and accounts payable.
  • • A crucial element of this role is providing prompt and professional responses to finance-related inquiries from customers and vendors, as well as addressing internal requests for assistance. Your ability to communicate clearly and efficiently will be key to maintaining positive relationships and resolving issues swiftly. Moreover, you will be tasked with documenting and evaluating OXIO’s current AP and AR systems and processes. This involves identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and actively assisting with the selection and implementation of potential improvements to enhance our financial operations.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, demonstrating a strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Exceptional communication skills, tailored to appropriate business levels, are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder management. You will be a proactive team player, adept at generating innovative ideas to solve problems and approaching your work with a high level of customer service, both internally and externally. Your commitment to maintaining a consistent and efficient approach to all tasks will be vital in maximizing operational efficiency and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
