• • As a Programme Manager at Infinite Lambda, you will be a pivotal force behind the successful delivery of large-scale, complex programmes for our most important clients, operating at the forefront of business transformation.
• • You will hold ultimate accountability for programme execution, owning the entire programme lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring all projects and streams deliver tangible, measurable business value on time and within budget.
• • This role is crucial in helping our clients innovate, compete, and achieve their strategic objectives through effective data-driven solutions.
• • You will act as a key partner in our client relationships, collaborating closely with Account Managers to nurture long-term partnerships and identify new opportunities, directly contributing to the growth of our client accounts.
• • The role also encompasses business analysis activities, including extensive stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, and translating complex business needs into actionable data solutions.
• • Beyond management, you are expected to be an inspiring leader and mentor, fostering a collaborative culture of excellence, self-organisation, and high accountability across multiple delivery streams.

• • You will lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-year programmes, adeptly employing Agile or Waterfall methodologies, or a hybrid approach, tailored to the specific needs and context of each client account.
• • Developing and maintaining clear scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans will be a core responsibility, with a focus on protecting programmes against scope creep and proactively identifying and implementing alternative solutions for recovery when necessary.
• • You will champion creative, non-standard solutions to execution challenges, driving optimal recovery strategies and fostering continuous improvement in delivery standards across all projects.
• • Establishing and upholding stringent programme standards, robust governance models, and key performance indicators (KPIs) – both standard and programme-specific – will be critical to ensuring predictable, high-quality execution across all workstreams.
• • Engaging, aligning, and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, will be a significant aspect of the role, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.
• • You will chair steering committees and provide clear, trusted updates to executive sponsors, ensuring transparency and alignment on programme progress and strategic direction.
• • Collaboration with cross-functional teams from both Infinite Lambda and the client organisation will be essential, building trust and gathering 360-degree feedback on feasibility and plans.
• • Leveraging your technical understanding, you will constructively challenge assumptions, guide recovery plans, and facilitate critical trade-off decisions between engineering quality and delivery speed, always ensuring alignment with overarching programme goals.
• • Creating and maintaining essential programme documentation, such as RAID Logs, RACI matrices, and Gantt charts, will be a key task, alongside leading crucial ceremonies like stand-ups, retrospectives, and client presentations.
• • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and removing roadblocks for the team, will be paramount in helping the team achieve excellence and earn the admiration and respect of clients.
• • Tracking progress and communicating regular updates to stakeholders through tailored reports and presentations, adapting your communication style to suit each client's environment, is a fundamental requirement.
• • You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, inclusive, and congenial working environment for your team, promoting a culture of mutual respect and support.
• • Acting as a natural entrepreneur, you will identify opportunities that empower clients’ business strategies through data, driving new business through close interaction with Account Managers.
• • Providing active coaching and mentorship to delivery teams, assisting them in adopting best practices, adhering to programme standards, and elevating their own delivery capabilities, will be a key leadership function.
• • You will perform business analysis activities, including stakeholder engagement and requirements definition, translating business needs into effective data solutions.
• • The anticipated start date for this role is ASAP, and it requires travel as mandated by client needs, potentially involving some travel depending on the client engagement.
