  • • As the APAC Digital Marketing Manager at Notion Labs, Inc., you will own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution across the Asia-Pacific region, directly contributing to qualified pipeline generation for the sales team by leveraging core performance channels and high-impact local platforms such as Yahoo Japan and Naver South Korea. This role is pivotal in aligning global marketing initiatives with regional nuances to maximize ROI and drive scalable, culturally resonant campaigns that support Notion’s mission of making toolmaking ubiquitous.
  • • You will lead the strategy, execution, and performance reporting for APAC digital marketing, including managing paid social and paid search campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google in partnership with the global team, while independently owning local channel execution in Japan and Korea through agency or freelancer management. You will establish an AI-forward marketing operating system by integrating AI tools into creative iteration, localization QA, performance insights, experimentation, and reporting—ensuring brand consistency and quality while accelerating velocity. Additionally, you will drive culturally fluent creative production for high-context markets like Japan, build and run localized email nurtures using Marketo and Customer.io, lead APAC website optimization initiatives to improve conversion, partner on global performance ad reviews for Tier 1 launches, and own end-to-end demand generation reporting with standardized funnel definitions and insights shared across regional and global stakeholders.
  • • You will join a mission-driven, globally distributed team at Notion that values in-person collaboration on Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) to foster innovation and cohesion. The APAC marketing team operates with high velocity across time zones, partnering closely with global digital, sales, and product teams to ensure regional strategies are aligned with company-wide goals while retaining the flexibility to adapt to local market dynamics. You will gain hands-on experience operationalizing AI in marketing workflows—from creative testing to performance analytics—and refine your ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with sales and product teams on pipeline targets, funnel alignment, and experimentation frameworks. You will also strengthen your leadership in managing regional marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and localized campaign execution while building a portfolio of culturally intelligent, high-converting marketing assets that drive measurable business impact in some of the world’s most sophisticated digital markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading B2B digital demand generation in APAC with strong judgment on channel and tactic effectiveness across different markets, including Japan and South Korea.
  • • Hands-on expertise in performance marketing channels (paid social, paid search) and lifecycle levers such as webinars and email nurtures using platforms like Marketo and Customer.io, with demonstrable pipeline impact ownership.
  • • Native-level Japanese (or professional written Japanese) and business-level English proficiency, coupled with experience marketing to Japanese B2B buyers and deep familiarity with local platforms including Yahoo Japan and Naver Korea.
