  • • As the APAC Launcher / GTM Lead at Nash Inc., you will drive enterprise sales in Australia while building the strategic foundation for Nash’s expansion across the broader APAC region, combining deep solution design with commercial execution to win complex retail and logistics deals.
  • • You will own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles in Australia, beginning with deep discovery into customer delivery operations—mapping order flows, carrier networks, manual workarounds, and cost structures—to design tailored Nash solutions that integrate with existing systems and deliver measurable outcomes in partnership with product and engineering teams.
  • • You will engage senior operators and executives at Australia’s leading retailers, grocery chains, quick commerce companies, and logistics providers, leveraging Nash’s existing credibility with major brands to expand strategic relationships through consultative, solution-led selling rather than transactional outreach.
  • • You will support the growth of existing strategic accounts by conducting operational assessments, identifying expansion opportunities, modeling financial impacts of proposed changes (e.g., shifting volume to captive fleets or optimizing routes across store networks), and building business cases that fund new workstreams in close collaboration with Product and Engineering.
  • • You will lay the groundwork for APAC expansion by researching market fit, mapping top target accounts outside Australia and New Zealand, analyzing local carrier ecosystems and regulatory environments, and activating warm introductions via Nash’s founder network and advisor connections to inform a credible entry plan.
  • • You will build a scalable playbook by capturing insights from deal cycles, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and regional nuances, documenting what works and what doesn’t to enable faster onboarding and smoother market entry for future hires.
  • • You will work within a lean, high-performing APAC team with direct access to Nash’s founders, product, and engineering leaders, participating in weekly product discussions where field insights directly shape the roadmap, ensuring your customer conversations influence what Nash builds next.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10 years of experience in roles blending strategy, operations, product, or commercial functions—such as management consulting (MBB), early-stage startup operator, retail/logistics strategy lead, or enterprise solutions/product leadership—with a proven ability to design solutions and drive commercial outcomes.
  • • Deep understanding of complex operational systems, particularly in last-mile delivery, retail supply chains, or logistics networks, with the ability to analyze data flows, decision points, manual workarounds, and unit economics to identify inefficiencies and design impactful solutions.
  • • Experience leading end-to-end enterprise sales cycles involving solution design, cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams, and executive-level engagement at retailers, grocery chains, or logistics providers.
  • • Strong financial modeling and business case development skills, including the ability to quantify operational improvements (e.g., delivery success rate, route optimization, fleet mix) and translate them into compelling investment justifications.
  • • Existing professional network in Australian retail, grocery, or logistics is highly valued; broader APAC network is a significant differentiator for expansion efforts.
  • • Ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution—comfortable running discovery workshops, building financial models, writing executive memos, and translating insights into technical scoping documents without reliance on heavy process.
