- • As the APAC Marketing Director at Heidi Health, you will lead regional marketing and demand generation across key Asia-Pacific markets, driving pipeline growth, market expansion, and brand presence in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. This high-impact leadership role is critical to scaling Heidi’s AI Care Partner solution in one of the world’s most dynamic healthcare technology regions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of restoring clinician time and improving patient care through trusted, innovative technology.
- • You will own and execute the APAC marketing strategy aligned with global business goals, prioritising efforts across core markets, localising global campaigns and messaging for regional relevance, and identifying market-specific opportunities for growth. Your work will ensure that Heidi’s value proposition resonates with diverse healthcare audiences while maintaining brand consistency and commercial effectiveness.
- • You will lead end-to-end demand generation across digital, events, partnerships, and outbound initiatives, partnering closely with sales to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and conversion. This includes building and optimising multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI, owning regional marketing targets tied to revenue and growth metrics, and ensuring tight alignment between marketing and sales functions to maximise commercial impact.
- • You will establish and grow Heidi’s brand presence across APAC markets by developing go-to-market strategies for new markets, segments, or product launches, managing regional PR, content, and thought leadership initiatives (both insourced and via partners), and positioning Heidi as a trusted leader in AI-powered clinical support.
- • You will build and lead a high-performing regional marketing function—either directly or through agencies and partners—managing external agencies across content, PR, and campaign execution, while establishing scalable processes and reporting frameworks to ensure efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- • You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, leveraging your generalist marketing expertise across brand, growth, product, and field marketing to drive results in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. Your commercial acumen and deep understanding of revenue funnels will enable you to make data-informed decisions that accelerate growth while maintaining the trust and reliability that clinicians and healthcare systems depend on.
- • You will join a purpose-driven team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives who are united by a shared mission to reduce clinician burnout and restore humanity to healthcare. - • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in B2B healthtech marketing, regional market expansion in complex regulated industries, and sales-marketing alignment at scale. 🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of marketing experience, with strong preference for regional (APAC) market experience
- • Proven success in B2B demand generation and pipeline ownership, preferably in technology, SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software
- • Strong generalist marketing background with comfort across brand, growth, product, and field marketing functions
- • Experience working across multiple APAC markets with demonstrated cultural nuance and localisation skills
- • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to partner effectively with sales, leadership, and external agencies
