APAC Tech Partnership Director (SaaS Martech)

📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end strategy for Insider One’s technology-partner ecosystem across APAC, identifying, prioritizing, and securing alliances with marquee ISVs such as AWS, Meta, Shopify, Snowflake, and Databricks that will accelerate pipeline growth and market penetration.
• • Translate each partner’s technical and commercial strengths into crisp joint value propositions that resonate with C-suite buyers, then package these into repeatable sales plays, battle cards, and demo scripts that regional account executives can deploy within 30 days of launch.
• • Build and nurture a two-way enablement engine: first, certify 100 % of Insider One’s APAC sales and customer-success teams on partner solutions and co-sell motions; second, reciprocally train partner field teams on Insider One’s CDP, AI decisioning, and omnichannel orchestration so they confidently position us in every relevant deal.
• • Co-author quarterly business plans with each strategic partner, complete with shared pipeline targets, marketing budget allocations, and success metrics (ARR influenced, referrals generated, co-sell win rate); review progress monthly with partner executives and adjust tactics in real time.
• • Generate a predictable, scalable pipeline by orchestrating three concurrent motions: partner-sourced referrals, partner-influenced co-sell opportunities, and joint up-sell/expansion within existing mutual customers—aiming to deliver 40 % of APAC new-logo ARR through alliances within 18 months.
• • Collaborate with regional field marketing to design and execute co-marketing campaigns—ranging from intimate roundtables to flagship event sponsorships—that elevate Insider One’s brand, capture MQLs, and create on-site upsell opportunities; measure ROI on cost-per-lead and pipeline contribution.
• • Serve as the executive escalation point for partner-related deals, working hand-in-hand with solution consultants, legal, and finance to negotiate complex MSAs, SOWs, and revenue-share agreements that protect margin while incentivizing partner commitment.
• • Champion a culture of data-driven partnership management by building dashboards that track partner influence across the entire customer lifecycle—from first touch to renewal—then socialize insights with regional GMs to inform territory planning and quota setting.
• • Continuously scan the APAC MarTech landscape for emerging platform shifts (server-side tracking, privacy-centric CDPs, retail media networks) and translate these trends into new partnership hypotheses that keep Insider One two steps ahead of competitors.
• • Mentor a future team of partner managers and alliance marketers, codifying best practices into a living playbook that scales across the 30 Insider One offices worldwide and feeds our global partner program with region-first innovations.
