API Test Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• • The API Test Infrastructure Engineer role is a platform-focused position at the intersection of software engineering, quality, and DevOps, responsible for building and owning the foundational infrastructure that enables engineering teams to test APIs at scale with confidence and speed.
• • Day to day, the engineer will improve and extend core testing infrastructure, evaluate new tooling, build and maintain automated integration tests for external APIs, pair with product engineers to guide test writing, investigate CI test failures, and contribute to documentation and internal guides for self-service platform usage.
• • The role sits within the engineering team at ZeroRisk Compliance Programs, Inc., collaborating closely with internal teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into continuously running, automated test scenarios that validate third-party and external API-based tools.
• • In this role, the person will gain deep expertise in API testing infrastructure, containerization with Docker, CI/CD integration, and platform engineering, while shaping quality practices across the organization and enabling reliable, scalable API testing at speed.
