• • As an Application Support Developer at OneSource Virtual (OSV), you will be a critical technical resource, providing essential support and development assistance for the company's comprehensive enterprise application portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of platforms utilized by our BPaaS Operations team, directly impacting our ability to deliver exceptional services to our Workday customers.
• • You will be the first line of technical support for OSV's enterprise applications, acting as a responsive and knowledgeable point of contact for all incoming issues and user inquiries. Your day-to-day will involve meticulously investigating application problems, identifying the root cause of defects, and collaborating closely with the development team to implement effective technical solutions.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to partner proactively with our development teams and product owners. This collaboration involves identifying, documenting, and prioritizing defects, ensuring that you maintain a current and in-depth understanding of features and ongoing development efforts across your assigned product areas.
• • You will be responsible for the diligent logging, tracking, and management of support tickets, liaising with both internal teams and external vendors until each issue is fully resolved. Maintaining clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation throughout this process is paramount.
• • You will actively support the design, rigorous testing, and thorough documentation of both new and existing application features, enhancements, and bug fixes as they are assigned to you.
• • Continuous learning and skill development are integral to this role. You will be expected to develop and maintain proficiency in cloud-based technologies, with a specific focus on Workday and Salesforce. This includes the ability to develop and execute data scripts as needed to support application functionality and troubleshooting.
