• • In this critical Level II technical support role, you will be instrumental in supporting our flagship software systems, Numerix OneView and NxCore. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert technical assistance to our SaaS and On-Premise customers, ensuring their seamless operation and satisfaction.
• • You will leverage your proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency. This role demands an astute technical problem solver who is naturally curious, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and is enthusiastic about learning and exploring new technologies.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve gaining and maintaining a comprehensive technical overview of the deployed client architectures and solutions. This deep understanding will enable you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve both business-as-usual (BAU) and complex technical issues that arise.
• • You will be empowered to drive technical solutions related to the usage and setup of Numerix software for our diverse customer base. This includes not only resolving immediate problems but also proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• • A significant part of your day-to-day will involve recreating customer-reported issues in a controlled environment. This hands-on approach will allow you to collaborate effectively with our development teams and financial engineers to devise and implement robust resolutions or provide necessary workarounds.
