📋 Description
- • Provide L2/L3 technical support for the firm’s 24x7 global cryptocurrency trading exchange platform, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- • Own and manage the production environment for all key business lines including Exchange platform, Risk management system, Backoffice, Market data, and non-trading systems.
- • Monitor system health, respond to production incidents, and resolve critical issues affecting trading operations in real time.
- • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement permanent fixes.
- • Document incident resolutions, root causes, and procedural updates to improve team knowledge and reduce recurrence of issues.
- • Participate in on-call rotations to provide continuous support across global time zones for a non-stop trading environment.
- • Analyze system logs, error reports, and performance metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential failures.
- • Work closely with business users to understand operational needs, translate technical issues into business impact, and deliver timely solutions.
- • Maintain and update runbooks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for common support scenarios.
- • Ensure compliance with internal controls and security protocols when accessing and modifying production systems.
- • Assist in the deployment and validation of system updates, patches, and configuration changes in production environments.
- • Escalate critical issues to engineering teams with clear diagnostics, reproduction steps, and impact assessments.
- • Contribute to capacity planning and system scalability discussions based on observed usage patterns and performance bottlenecks.
- • Stay current with changes in cryptocurrency market infrastructure, exchange protocols, and related technologies to support evolving business requirements.
- • Maintain accurate records of all support tickets, communication logs, and resolution timelines in designated tracking systems.
- • Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability and support efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in L2/L3 production support for high-availability financial or trading systems
- • Strong technical proficiency in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving system-level issues in production environments
- • Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchange platforms, market data feeds, or risk management systems
