📋 Description

• • As an Applied AI Engineer at Taktile Technologies Inc., you will be at the heart of transforming how financial institutions use AI to make critical decisions, building advanced agentic products that solve high-value problems in credit underwriting and financial risk.
• • Day to day, you will design, develop, and deploy robust Generative AI agents as reusable applications, collaborate with Solution and Forward Deployed Engineers to understand customer needs, synthesize feedback to improve solutions, and work with core product teams to prioritize platform features that enable scalable application development.
• • Taktile is a fast-growing company founded by ML and data science experts with deep financial services experience, backed by top investors including Y Combinator, Index Ventures, and Tiger Global, with teams across Berlin, London, and New York, bringing together talent from Google, Amazon, Meta, and leading startups.
• • In this role, you will develop strong product sense by turning complex customer needs into scalable, reusable AI solutions, gain hands-on experience applying AI to real-world financial decisioning, and grow through mentorship, direct access to founders, and a self-development budget for conferences, books, and classes.
