📋 Description
- • Applied AI Engineer at Titan AI Inc. owns production AI systems that power trusted AI bankers for financial institutions, enabling reliable, auditable AI workflows in regulated banking environments.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and maintaining agent orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, LLM integration layers, evaluation infrastructure, and backend services that support AI-powered banking applications at scale.
- • Titan AI Inc. builds purpose-built small language models and banking-specific AI software that outperforms general LLMs by 30–80% on banking tasks, operating under strict compliance and model-risk standards for financial institutions.
- • The person in this role will gain deep expertise in production AI systems for regulated industries, lead complex agent and retrieval problems, and progress to a senior anchor position mentoring others and shaping the AI engineering function.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years software engineering; 2+ years building and shipping production agentic AI or RAG systems
- • Agent framework experience: LangChain, LangGraph, PydanticAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
- • RAG stack proficiency: embedding models, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS), hybrid search, retrieval evaluation
- • LLM integration depth: tool calling, structured outputs, multi-step reasoning, behavioral regression testing
- • AI eval and observability tooling: LangSmith, RAGAS, DeepEval, Arize, Langfuse, or equivalent
- • REST APIs, async Python, microservices; Azure cloud experience preferred
