- • Help customers successfully build AI applications using Redis technology, focusing on chatbots, RAG applications, and AI agents.
- • Develop and maintain demo applications and technical projects primarily in Python, with potential involvement in JavaScript, C/C++, Go, or Java based on skillset and project needs.
- • Serve as a technical subject matter expert during sales calls and customer-facing engagements, providing clear, actionable AI/ML guidance.
- • Participate in sales enablement events, product demos, and customer workshops to drive adoption of Redis AI capabilities.
- • Deeply engage with core Redis AI technology to optimize performance, reliability, and integration for real-world use cases.
- • Contribute to open-source AI ecosystem integrations, including alignment with frameworks like Langchain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
- • Design and implement systems for semantic caching, embedding generation, feature storage, and vector database operations.
- • Collaborate across engineering, product, and sales teams to translate customer challenges into technical solutions and product improvements.
- • Independently learn and navigate complex, rapidly evolving codebases related to AI, machine learning, and high-performance data systems.
- • Maintain ownership of projects from concept to deployment, ensuring they meet customer needs and exceed technical standards.
- • Prioritize open-source contributions and public-facing documentation to amplify Redis’s impact within the global AI developer community.
- • Manage multiple concurrent technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer demands with internal development priorities.
- • Stay current with advancements in LLMs, vector databases, MLOps, and retrieval-augmented generation techniques to inform solution design.
- • Provide technical consultancy to internal teams and external customers on best practices for deploying scalable, production-grade AI systems.
- • Advocate for customer-driven innovation by synthesizing feedback into technical requirements and product feedback loops.
- • Document technical workflows, APIs, and integration patterns to enable broader team adoption and reduce onboarding friction.
- • Embrace a culture of curiosity and continuous learning, openly acknowledging knowledge gaps and proactively seeking growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of professional programming experience in Python or a comparable language.
- • At least 2 years of experience working on ML systems (MLOps), or utilizing AI/ML models.
- • Willingness to admit when you don’t know something and actively seek opportunities for learning and growth.
- • Passion for building libraries and systems.
- • Ability to independently learn and navigate new codebases.
