📋 Description

• As an Applied Value Engineer on the Scale team at Celonis, you will serve as a trusted advisor driving value, adoption, and customer success across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customers realize strategic goals through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
• Day to day, you will build scalable engagement strategies, manage critical customer touchpoints, develop Centers of Excellence, coordinate with partners, monitor customer health, mitigate renewal risks, and deliver 1:N engagement formats like webinars and training sessions to foster long-term success.
• You will join a global leader in Process Intelligence headquartered in Munich and New York, with over 20 offices worldwide, where cross-functional collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams is central to delivering AI-powered process innovation at scale.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in value realization, programmatic execution, and customer success while gaining deep exposure to enterprise SaaS, process mining, and AI-driven business transformation, positioning you for growth in customer-facing technical advisory roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• 3-5 years of strong execution focus for action and the ability to drive initiatives under ambiguity
• Highly structured and programmatic thinking with the ability to execute complex projects efficiently
• Solid technical skills with the ability to quickly problem-solve and support customers, especially in 1:N office-hour setups
• Understanding of industry-specific business processes and a proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement
