- • Translate customers’ strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases by identifying process inefficiencies and aligning them with AI-driven Process Intelligence solutions.
- • Build and deliver proof-of-value projects and business cases using Celonis’ Process Intelligence Platform to demonstrate measurable ROI to C-level executives.
- • Conduct value workshops with cross-functional customer teams to uncover opportunities for process enhancement in healthcare and life sciences operations.
- • Prototype and demonstrate AI-enhanced process solutions by integrating Celonis technology with market-leading platforms such as Microsoft and OpenAI.
- • Drive end-to-end customer value realization—from initial discovery and adoption to expansion and renewal—by embedding Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform.
- • Collaborate with Celonis Services and ecosystem partners to scale solutions across enterprise accounts and accelerate platform adoption.
- • Present data-driven insights and realized business outcomes to senior stakeholders, translating technical findings into executive-level strategic recommendations.
- • Leverage domain expertise in healthcare and life sciences to tailor process improvement measures for supply chain, manufacturing, clinical operations, or financial processes within the sector.
- • Use SQL and Python to analyze operational data, build dashboards, and automate action flows that support process optimization and decision-making.
- • Provide product feedback to Celonis R&D teams based on real-world customer use cases to enhance platform capabilities and industry-specific apps.
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment with customer goals and Celonis’ value delivery framework.
- • Act as a change agent by training process owners and users to adopt new workflows, sustain improvements, and institutionalize process intelligence across the organization.
- • Engage with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of Celonis with existing enterprise systems such as SAP and Oracle.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with Process Mining technologies and apply industry benchmarks to validate and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- • Support the expansion of Celonis’ footprint by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts through continuous value demonstration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in analytical, consulting, or sales engineering roles focused on demonstrating business value through data analysis, process improvement, or software deployment
- • Proven experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS, business software, or management consulting environments
- • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python, and familiarity with BI tools, RPA, or process mining technologies
- • Demonstrated ability to build business cases, conduct value assessments, and present results to C-level executives
- • Experience in healthcare or life sciences industry processes (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, finance, clinical operations)
- • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects across different stages of the customer value journey
