- • As an Applied Value Engineer at Celonis, you will drive measurable business impact by translating customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, working directly with strategic customers to unlock ROI on AI deployments at scale.
- • Day to day, you will engage with senior stakeholders to understand AI strategies and business challenges, build demos and business cases using cutting-edge AI technologies from Microsoft and OpenAI, facilitate value workshops, and guide customers through the end-to-end value journey—from discovery and realization to scaling and renewal.
- • You will join a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining, headquartered in Munich and New York with over 20 offices worldwide, where innovation is driven by AI-powered process data and business context to create a living digital twin of operations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in process improvement, executive stakeholder management, and AI-enabled solutioning while contributing to sustainable business transformation and gaining ownership through RSUs and merit-based grants from day one.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment, ideally in customer-facing roles such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a SaaS provider or consultancy.
- • Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle), experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboard/app development, and action flows; hands-on SQL and Python experience preferred; familiarity with Process Mining tools is a plus.
- • Proven ability to identify business use cases for process improvement, deploy improvement measures, act as a change agent, and train users/process owners to realize value, with domain knowledge in supply chain, finance, CPG, BFSI, or manufacturing considered advantageous.
- • Experience in project management, including planning scopes, managing timelines, and coordinating across multiple projects and partners within the Celonis Ecosystem.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with expertise in preparing and delivering value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.
