  • • We are seeking a dedicated and driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The core mission of this role is refreshingly straightforward: to initiate meaningful conversations, accurately gauge candidate interest, schedule crucial discovery calls, and ensure a consistently flowing talent pipeline. This is fundamentally an execution-focused position where your daily activities will directly impact our clients' ability to secure top-tier talent.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks designed to maintain momentum and efficiency. This includes conducting daily outreach to potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, employing personalized messaging strategies to capture attention and encourage engagement. You will be the gatekeeper of our inbox, responsible for managing all incoming replies and maintaining a state of 'inbox zero' on a daily basis, ensuring no inquiry goes unanswered.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve swiftly qualifying candidates. This will primarily be done through written communication (chat), with the flexibility to conduct short, focused calls when necessary to delve deeper into a candidate's suitability and interest. Once a candidate is qualified, your task will be to seamlessly book them onto our calendars, ensuring a smooth transition into the next stage of the hiring process.
  • • Meticulous lead tracking and management are paramount. You will be responsible for accurately tracking, labeling, and updating every lead within our chosen systems, such as Airtable and ClickUp. This ensures data integrity and provides clear visibility into the status of each candidate.
  • • To maintain high response rates and keep the pipeline active, you will leverage both automated outreach systems and strategic manual follow-ups. A critical performance indicator for this role is maintaining exceptionally fast response times. This speed is not just about efficiency; it's about demonstrating professionalism and respect for candidates' time, which is vital in today's competitive talent market.
  • • You will report directly to our Head of Fulfillment, working closely with them to understand and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). These KPIs will focus on crucial metrics such as response time, the number of calls successfully booked, the quality of conversations held, and the overall cleanliness of the pipeline. Maintaining a clean pipeline means ensuring no leads are 'ghosted' and that candidate statuses are always up-to-date and accurate.
  • • Before booking any candidate, you will diligently assess their intent, understand their availability, and clarify their expectations. This ensures that the calls booked are high-quality and genuinely valuable for both the candidate and our clients.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Interview Management teams to align daily priorities and ensure a cohesive approach to talent acquisition. Furthermore, you will be encouraged to identify and suggest small process improvements that can enhance the speed and smoothness of our outreach efforts.
