This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company by attracting and securing top-tier talent across all departments, including Go-To-Market (GTM), operations, finance, engineering, and machine learning.
• • As a Senior Recruiter, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial strategy development to offer negotiation and closing. You will act as a trusted advisor to our CEO, executive leadership team, and hiring managers, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into effective, data-driven recruiting strategies. Your ability to proactively source, engage, and pipeline exceptional candidates will be critical to our continued growth and success.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves building and maintaining robust, structured interview processes. This includes developing clear scorecards and feedback mechanisms to ensure a fair, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint. You will be responsible for managing the candidate journey from the very first interaction through to the final offer acceptance, ensuring that every candidate feels valued and informed.
• • You will also play a key role in managing the offer process, including compensation benchmarking and seamless coordination with our HR/People Operations team using Rippling. Furthermore, you will be tasked with meticulously tracking key recruiting metrics, such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and overall hiring progress, providing regular, insightful reports to leadership.
• • Proactive problem-solving is essential. You will be expected to identify and swiftly address any bottlenecks within the hiring process, ensuring that recruitment searches remain efficient and on track. Your strategic insights will be invaluable as you partner with hiring managers, offering expert advice on market conditions, talent availability, and best practices in recruitment.
