As our Remote Appointment Setter, you will proactively reach out to warm leads and cold prospects across the United States, introducing them to Destination Knot’s bespoke travel-planning services. Your conversations will spark curiosity, build trust, and convert interest into scheduled consultations with our expert travel advisors.
- • Own the top of our sales funnel. Each day you’ll make 40–60 outbound calls, send personalized emails, and engage prospects through SMS and social messaging. You’ll qualify leads by uncovering travel dreams, budget ranges, and timelines, then seamlessly transition them to a confirmed appointment on an advisor’s calendar.
- • Master our tech stack to keep everything running like clockwork. You will update HubSpot in real time, log call outcomes, tag lead sources, and set automated reminders for follow-ups. Your meticulous CRM hygiene ensures advisors walk into every consultation fully briefed and ready to design once-in-a-lifetime itineraries.
- • Build and refine outreach cadences that convert. Using A/B-tested scripts and email templates, you will experiment with subject lines, call openers, and value propositions to boost connection rates. You’ll share weekly insights with marketing on which messages resonate, directly influencing campaign strategy.
- • Provide white-glove pre-consultation support. After booking an appointment, you’ll send confirmation packets, answer basic questions on passport requirements or deposit policies, and send calendar invites with Zoom links. Your attention to detail reduces no-shows and sets the tone for a premium service experience.
- • Collaborate across a fully remote team that spans Florida to Fiji. Daily Slack huddles, Monday pipeline reviews, and monthly virtual coffee chats keep culture alive. You’ll celebrate wins in real time—whether that’s a same-day triple booking or a hesitant lead who finally says “Let’s plan that anniversary trip to Bora Bora!”
- • Hit and exceed measurable targets. We expect 20 qualified appointments per week within 90 days, with conversion rates above 35 %. Transparent dashboards track your progress, and performance bonuses kick in every time you surpass quarterly goals.
- • Grow into larger roles if you choose. Top setters often transition into full-cycle travel advisor positions, partner-relations management, or team-lead roles. We fund industry certifications (CTA, CTC), provide Fam trip opportunities, and pair you with a mentor so your career trajectory is limited only by your ambition.
- • Champion diversity in travel. You’ll engage clients from every background, ability, and orientation, ensuring our itineraries reflect the world’s rich mosaic. Your respectful curiosity helps us design journeys that feel welcoming and safe for all explorers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in outbound calling, tele-sales, or appointment setting (1+ year preferred)
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
- • High-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and a distraction-free home workspace
- • Comfort navigating CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and calendar tools (Calendly, Google Workspace)
- • Self-discipline to manage a fully remote schedule and meet weekly KPIs without direct supervision
