- • Own the first impression for every inbound prospect who discovers Lexroom.ai. You are the human bridge between curiosity and conviction, turning website visits, webinar sign-ups, and white-paper downloads into qualified, enthusiastic conversations with our Account Executives.
- • Master the product inside-out. Within 30 days you will demo Lexroom.ai autonomously, answer nuanced legal-tech questions, and translate complex AI capabilities into crisp business value for lawyers, GCs, and innovation teams.
- • Build and run a high-velocity lead engine. You will qualify, score, and route every inbound lead within minutes, not hours, using HubSpot, Slack automations, and your own good judgment to ensure zero opportunity slips through the cracks.
- • Schedule and confirm discovery calls at scale. Expect to book 15–20 qualified demos per week while maintaining a 90 % show-up rate. You will obsess over calendar hygiene, time-zone juggling, and pre-meeting briefs so AEs step into every call primed to close.
- • Collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, and Product. Feed real-time insights from prospects back to the team—feature requests, pricing objections, competitive intel—so we iterate messaging, collateral, and roadmap faster than anyone else in legal tech.
- • Experiment with sequences, channels, and copy. A/B test email subject lines, LinkedIn voice notes, and post-webinar follow-ups. Document what works, kill what doesn’t, and scale the playbook across Europe.
- • Contribute to pipeline forecasting accuracy. Update HubSpot religiously, flag risks early, and provide weekly reports that help leadership predict revenue within 5 % accuracy.
- • Champion the Lexroom brand at virtual and in-person events. From LegalTech Munich to our own Milan meet-ups, you will greet attendees, scan badges, and convert hallway conversations into next-quarter pipeline.
- • Grow into a quota-carrying AE or strategic CSM role. We promote from within: top SDRs who hit 125 % of target for three consecutive quarters move into closing roles or strategic account management.
- • Bring relentless optimism and a builder’s mindset. We are still writing the playbook—your ideas on process, tooling, and culture will become part of Lexroom’s DNA.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or high-growth startup role
- • Native or fluent Italian plus professional-level English (spoken and written)
- • Demonstrated grit: you view “no” as the start of a conversation, not the end
- • Tech-savvy: you can build a HubSpot workflow, craft a compelling email, and run a smooth Zoom demo without help
- • Legal studies or legal-tech exposure is a strong plus but not mandatory
