- • Lead the growth and expansion of Statista+ across the Americas, focusing on cross-selling into existing Scale and Key accounts to drive project-based revenue.
- • Own the full commercial cycle for Statista+ opportunities, including client discovery, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closing of deals.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, and Revenue Leadership to identify optimal customer moments for introducing Statista+ custom research and analytics services.
- • Translate complex client challenges into tailored Statista+ solutions by partnering with research, analytics, design, and communication experts to craft high-quality project proposals.
- • Build and manage a robust regional pipeline by activating relationships with existing Platform customers, recognizing commercial trigger signals, enhancing referral quality, and ensuring seamless handovers between Platform teams and the Statista+ GTM team.
- • Serve as the primary commercial representative of Statista+ in the Americas, delivering market insights and client feedback to internal leadership to inform positioning, strategy, and growth priorities.
- • Drive consultative sales motions by understanding client business needs and aligning them with Statista’s data, analytics, and communication offerings to deliver measurable value.
- • Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and follow-up processes to ensure revenue targets are met and pipeline health is consistently optimized.
- • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client solutions are accurately scoped, resourced, and delivered in alignment with Statista’s quality standards and commercial goals.
- • Act as a bridge between sales, customer success, and product teams to align client feedback with product development and service enhancement initiatives.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the business data landscape, competitive offerings, and client decision-making processes in the Americas region to identify new commercial opportunities.
- • Demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills when engaging with senior executives, internal subject matter experts, and global teams across time zones.
- • Ensure all client interactions and proposals reflect Statista’s brand values of accuracy, reliability, and client-centricity.
- • Participate in regional sales strategy sessions, pipeline reviews, and revenue planning meetings to contribute to the overall growth trajectory of Statista+ in the Americas.
- • Continuously refine sales approaches based on market feedback, performance data, and internal learning to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.
- • Represent Statista professionally at industry events, client meetings, and internal forums to strengthen the company’s reputation as a leading business data platform.
- • Support the onboarding and mentoring of new team members in the Americas sales organization to scale best practices and maintain consistent sales execution.
- • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records to support forecasting, reporting, and cross-team alignment across global revenue functions.
- • Stay informed about evolving data service trends, client demands, and competitive developments in the market research and business intelligence space.
