- • As AR Operations Manager at Heidi Health, you will own the full Order-to-Cash cycle across seven global entities, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation to support rapid revenue growth.
- • You will manage and develop a team of AR analysts based in the Philippines, setting performance standards, building capability, and maintaining accountability across distributed teams.
- • You will serve as the final escalation point for complex billing and collection issues, ensuring data integrity across CRM, billing, and ERP systems while strengthening internal controls.
- • You will partner with RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to improve billing accuracy, upstream data quality, and customer experience, while identifying automation and AI opportunities to scale the finance function.
- • You will own DSO as a key metric, monitor AR aging and collection effectiveness, and deliver insightful reporting that supports month-end and year-end close activities.
- • You will build and maintain the AR playbook—documenting policies, SOPs, internal controls, and escalation frameworks—to create a scalable, repeatable function in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- • You will operate in a high-growth, mission-driven healthtech company that has restored over 18 million hours to healthcare professionals and powers over two million patient visits weekly across 116 countries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of progressive AR or Revenue Operations experience, including 3+ years managing and developing a team
- • Hands-on experience designing AR systems and SOPs from scratch, with proven ability to build scalable processes
- • Experience with billing platforms (e.g., Stripe), CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), and ERP environments
- • Proven track record managing AR across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions
- • Experience leading remote or offshore teams while maintaining high standards and consistency
