- • Architect I is an Expert Technology Professional within the team and provides software architecture guidance to multiple development teams, playing a critical role in shaping technical direction for complex, multi-technology projects in the telecommunications industry.
- • The role involves partnering in architectural discussions, designing and documenting systems and solutions, evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, solving complex technical challenges, mentoring team members, providing design guidance to developers, collaborating on solution implementation, participating in code reviews and agile ceremonies, researching and implementing software systems, responding to user requests, managing multiple concurrent assignments, and demonstrating leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred
- • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working in the telecom industry
- • Experience leading a team of engineers and architects
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- • Proficiency with architecture frameworks used in the telco industry, such as TOGAF, TMForum ODA, eTOM, TAM
