📋 Description

• As a Solutions Engineer, Enterprise at Sentry, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to the company’s largest customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of Sentry’s performance and error monitoring platform to drive measurable improvements in developer productivity and application reliability.
• Your work directly impacts how enterprises like Disney, Microsoft, and Atlassian reduce time spent on debugging and increase focus on innovation, making this role critical to Sentry’s mission of helping developers write better software faster.
• Day to day, you will engage with enterprise customers to understand their technical challenges and business objectives, then design and deliver customized implementation plans that align Sentry’s capabilities with their development workflows and monitoring goals.
• You will lead workshops and training sessions to educate engineering teams on best practices for instrumenting applications, interpreting performance data, and resolving issues efficiently, fostering deeper adoption and maturity in monitoring practices.
• You will create educational content such as how-to guides, video demos, code samples, and technical documentation that simplify complex concepts and empower customers to self-serve and scale their use of Sentry.
• Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams, you will gather field insights and product feedback to influence Sentry’s roadmap, ensuring new features address real-world needs and improve time-to-value.
• You will collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure consistent messaging, successful onboarding, and long-term customer success across diverse industries and technology stacks.
• You will stay current with evolving software development practices, open-source trends, and emerging technologies to continuously refine your advisory approach and maintain credibility as a subject-matter expert.
• Through this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise software adoption, technical consulting, and product-led growth, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor at the intersection of technology and business outcomes.
• You will have the opportunity to shape how global organizations approach observability, leaving a lasting impact on how teams build, monitor, and improve software at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, or Software Developer with a proven track record of leading customer-facing technical projects.
• Hands-on proficiency with multiple programming languages and frameworks including JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, and mobile native development (iOS and/or Android).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering and non-technical audiences.

• Competitive base salary range of $170,000 to $190,000 CAD, with actual compensation based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
