- ⢠As an Architectural Services Project Manager at Allegion, you will drive the promotion of professional door hardware specification services (Division 8 and 28) to architectural accounts, acting as a key âpull throughâ sales force to expand market penetration in the Western U.S. region (CA, WA, OR, AZ, NV, UT, ID). Your work directly supports Allegionâs mission to pioneer safety and security by ensuring seamless integration of door hardware solutions into building projects from concept to completion.
- ⢠You will manage the full project lifecycleâfrom Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Administration (CA)âincluding scoping, stakeholder coordination, technical feasibility assessment, risk management, quality control, and on-time, on-budget delivery. This includes developing project scopes, initiating Architectural Consulting Agreements, collaborating with local sales teams, and leveraging industry networks to secure specification opportunities.

- ⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy
- ⢠High School Diploma required; Bachelorâs degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
- ⢠Basic understanding of security systems integrations and electronic components
- ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ⢠Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action
- ⢠Strong customer service focus
- ⢠Ability to travel up to 10%
