- • Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets through the strategic acquisition of new Western Union agents, ensuring a robust and expanding network.
- • You will manage the entire end-to-end sales process for independent agents, from initial prospecting and negotiation to contract signing and the crucial agent implementation phase.
- • This includes presenting and selling Western Union's comprehensive product portfolio, ensuring agents are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve meticulously collecting all required documentation, submitting complete and accurate packages, and actively driving the activation process for new locations.
- • Post-activation, you will be responsible for training new agents, ensuring they are fully proficient in operating Western Union services and maximizing their revenue potential.

- • Regular visits to high-performing locations will be essential to identify and proactively address any issues within the current network, fostering continuous improvement and maintaining service excellence.
- • You will be accountable for meeting stringent productivity targets and driving the overall revenue generation of all locations within your designated territory.
