  • • As an Area Training Partner (ATP) at Wonder Technologies, Inc., you will be a pivotal field-based leader instrumental in the successful implementation and scaling of our comprehensive training programs. Your role is central to supporting business growth and fostering a culture of training excellence across your designated area.
  • • You will be responsible for the meticulous planning and diligent oversight of all training initiatives, encompassing Manager-in-Training (MIT) programs, Trainer Training, and Team Member Training. This involves a strategic partnership with the Market Director and Regional Managers to ensure the consistent adoption and flawless execution of all learning tools and established training standards.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to facilitate "Dark Training" programs. These innovative sessions leverage unopened locations as fully functional, immersive simulation environments, providing a realistic and hands-on training experience for our teams.
  • • You will also be tasked with facilitating and auditing Train-the-Trainer and Facilitator Certifications. This ensures that we have a robust network of qualified individuals capable of supporting above-store Dark Training initiatives and empowering store-level managers with essential training skills.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve establishing new Training Locations and hubs within your market. This strategic initiative is designed to enable scalable growth, significantly reduce time-to-readiness for new team members and managers, and maintain the highest standards of quality execution and performance.
  • • You will be responsible for implementing a structured development cadence within the market. This includes overseeing orientations, conducting impactful training workshops, facilitating ongoing manager development sessions, and spearheading other critical learning initiatives to foster continuous improvement.
  • • Maintaining strategic plans for the MIT roster and developing comprehensive training schedule templates will be crucial. This involves detailed location planning and rigorous progress tracking to proactively manage the balanced deployment of MITs throughout their training journey, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
  • • You will own the Training Restaurant program and its associated certifications. Collaborating closely with Market Leadership, you will assess training effectiveness, identify key skills and talent development opportunities, and drive best-in-class results in both program execution and the quality of outcomes achieved.
  • • A substantial portion of your role, approximately 60-70% of your time, will be spent in the field. This hands-on engagement will involve facilitating market-level trainings, evaluating the performance of training stores, supporting the implementation of new initiatives, and enabling vital feedback loops to continuously refine our training strategies.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Market Director to create development plans that are precisely aligned with market needs. This partnership will also involve managing a weekly check-in cadence to ensure unwavering program consistency and strategic alignment across all training efforts.
  • • Enabling market-level training validation reporting across all roles will be a key responsibility. You will partner with Operations Leadership to drive cross-training initiatives and ensure developmental outcomes are met and exceeded.
  • • You will partner with the Market Director and Regional Managers to develop strategic training plans that demonstrably drive results on specific operational and training needs within the region, ensuring a direct link between training and business performance.
  • • Managing feedback for all training programs through post-training surveys, onsite visits, and other qualitative and quantitative methods will be essential for continuous improvement and program refinement.
  • • You will partner with the Market Director, Regional Manager, and the New Store Opening (NSO) team to ensure a strong bench of qualified trainers and consistent execution of training standards for all New Store Openings, contributing to successful launches.
  • • Building and implementing innovative tools to support development and training execution within stores, in close collaboration with the Learning and Development content team, will enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of our training resources.
