  • • Semperis is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Vice President of Sales for EMEA Central, specifically focusing on Germany, Switzerland, and the Benelux region. This pivotal leadership role is integral to our EMEA Sales team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales EMEA. You will be instrumental in driving net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by coaching, developing, and leading a high-performing team of 5 to 8 Enterprise Sales Directors. Your primary objective will be to exceed established company goals through strategic sales leadership and effective territory management.
  • • As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term growth of your sales team. This includes providing expert mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring your team is equipped with the skills and resources to succeed in the competitive cybersecurity landscape. You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent, building a robust sales organization, and nurturing an environment where sales professionals can thrive and achieve their full potential.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves deep engagement with complex, high-value deals. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing enterprise sales teams, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • • Extensive experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of the information security channel network of partners.
  • • Demonstrated success in generating net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and achieving ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Experience working within a startup or high-growth technology organization, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • • Ability to travel approximately 20-30% within the EMEA Central region (Germany, Switzerland, Benelux) to meet with clients, partners, and the sales team.
