  • • As the EU Commercial Excellence (CE) Practice Lead at TechTorch Solutions Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our Salesforce consulting business across the European region. This pivotal role demands a dynamic leader who can seamlessly blend sales enablement, client relationship management, team leadership, and hands-on delivery. You will be a strategic architect of our regional go-to-market strategy, ensuring not only the successful execution of client projects but also the sustainable growth and scalability of the practice. Your responsibilities will extend to being a hands-on contributor, occasionally rolling up your sleeves to directly engage with teams and drive client project success.
  • • **Practice Leadership:** You will own the overarching CE practice strategy within the EU, ensuring its alignment with TechTorch's global practice objectives and the company's overarching vision. This involves defining strategic priorities, identifying market opportunities, and developing actionable plans to achieve ambitious growth targets. A key aspect of this leadership will be building, nurturing, and managing a high-performing team of Salesforce consultants, solution architects, and developers. You will foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, empowering your team to deliver exceptional results. Furthermore, you will serve as a prominent thought leader and evangelist for Commercial Excellence and Salesforce solutions, both within TechTorch's internal ecosystem and across our client base, championing best practices and emerging trends.
  • • **Client & Business Development:** You will collaborate closely with the EU Delivery Head, the EU Sales team, and Delivery Managers to actively support pipeline growth and secure new business opportunities. This includes providing critical pre-sales support, such as conducting detailed scoping sessions, developing accurate estimations, modeling resource requirements, and crafting compelling client proposals. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through Commercial Excellence assessments and implementation programs, leveraging your deep understanding of industry best practices and Salesforce capabilities. Your role will involve conducting thorough discovery sessions to understand client needs, defining clear project scopes, and shaping innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. In partnership with practice and sales leadership, you will contribute to the development of new offerings and accelerators that enhance our market competitiveness and client value proposition.
  • • **Delivery Excellence:** You will often serve as the lead architect on key client engagements, providing technical direction and ensuring the successful execution of Commercial Excellence projects across the EU. You will be the primary point of contact for Delivery Managers, collaborating closely to proactively identify and resolve client escalations, ensuring swift and effective solutions. Your commitment to delivery excellence will involve implementing and reinforcing best practices in project governance, robust risk management, and strategic stakeholder engagement. You will be adept at resolving critical delivery issues, maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's utmost satisfaction.
  • • **Talent Development & Operational Excellence:** A significant part of your role will be dedicated to talent development. This includes actively participating in the recruitment process, mentoring emerging talent, and fostering the growth of Salesforce expertise within the region. You will establish structured training and certification pathways, ensuring your team stays abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and industry advancements. Cultivating a vibrant culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning will be paramount. Operationally, you will meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as team utilization rates, project delivery health, and client satisfaction scores. You will drive initiatives aimed at enhancing project efficiency, improving overall delivery quality, and optimizing practice profitability. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and Operations, will be essential to support the sustained growth of the regional practice.
