  • • As the Sales Manager for Mid-Market ISR Sales in Argentina, you will play a pivotal role in driving significant Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth within a designated Mid-Market region across the Americas, with a strategic emphasis on the United States market. Your responsibilities will encompass leveraging data, actionable insights, and deep operational expertise to achieve ambitious strategic objectives and expand DevRev's market presence.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to develop and refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and coverage model specifically for the US market. This includes meticulously defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), crafting compelling messaging, segmenting customers effectively, designing optimal sales coverage plans, structuring sales roles, and determining appropriate sales capacity to meet demand.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute a robust pipeline generation plan. This will involve orchestrating digital marketing campaigns, identifying and participating in key events, and working in tandem with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads for the region.
  • • Furthermore, you will partner with the Partnership team to devise and implement a strategic plan for expanding DevRev's reach through various channel partners, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • • A critical responsibility will be to recruit, nurture, and manage a high-performing team of Mid-Market Account Executives. You will guide them in effectively selling DevRev's solutions remotely into the United States market, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • • You are expected to cultivate a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented sales environment that not only embodies DevRev's core values but also consistently achieves and surpasses the company's ambitious growth targets.
  • • Delivering accurate and timely weekly forecast reports is essential, contributing to a strong culture of accountability and precision throughout our sales processes. This data will be crucial for strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • • You will be instrumental in utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of sales effectiveness and operational efficiency across the team.
  • • Ensuring the sales team is meticulously organized and strategically plans their activities is paramount. You will maintain a sharp focus on the highest impact priorities to maximize productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
  • • You will act as a key liaison, partnering closely with the Product and Engineering teams. Your role will involve channeling the voice of the customer back to these teams, influencing product prioritization and contributing significantly to the development of the product roadmap based on market feedback and customer needs.
