  • Ryz Labs is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Workforce Solutions Business Development to spearhead the growth of our innovative talent outsourcing services. As a key player in our expansion, you will be instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities within the mid-market and growing company segments. This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for building robust pipelines, forging strong relationships with HR leaders, and successfully closing mid-sized services deals. You will operate at the forefront of our talent solutions, working collaboratively with leadership and our expert recruiting teams to craft bespoke solutions and transform prospective clients into long-term, valued partners.
  • Your primary focus will be on driving the expansion of Ryz Labs' recruiting and workforce solutions, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), embedded recruiting models, and comprehensive recruiting operations support. This involves a proactive approach to market engagement, leveraging a combination of outbound prospecting, strategic networking, cultivating referral channels, and forging strategic partnerships to uncover and pursue new avenues for business.
  • A significant aspect of this role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle. From the initial point of contact and needs assessment through to the development of compelling proposals and the finalization of contracts, you will be the primary driver of the sales process. This requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to translate those needs into effective, tailored solutions that showcase Ryz Labs' unique value proposition.
  • Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders, including leadership and our recruiting operations teams, to conceptualize and articulate the specifics of our workforce solutions. This includes defining the scope of engagements, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring that the proposed solutions align perfectly with client objectives and Ryz Labs' service delivery capabilities.
