Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Shape the future of industrial intelligence: as an AI & Machine Learning Graduate at AVEVA, you will embed cutting-edge AI capabilities into products trusted by 90 % of the world’s top industrial companies. Your work will directly influence how energy, chemicals, infrastructure, and minerals are produced more safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
- • Own end-to-end model delivery: from data ingestion and feature engineering to model selection, validation, and cloud-native deployment, you will design and build secure, reliable AI services that scale across AVEVA’s global product portfolio and partner ecosystem.
- • Rapidly prototype with a start-up mindset: join a cross-functional Scrum team that prizes agility, continuous improvement, and experimentation. You will iterate quickly, turning research ideas into production-grade features that customers can trust in mission-critical environments.
- • Collaborate across disciplines: work side-by-side with product managers, UX designers, cloud architects, and domain experts to translate complex industrial challenges into elegant AI solutions. Your ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential.
- • Master the full ML lifecycle: assist in curating high-quality datasets, perform rigorous exploratory data analysis, and implement state-of-the-art algorithms using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. You will optimize models for latency, throughput, and cost while maintaining strict security and compliance standards.
- • Pioneer generative AI and LLM innovation: leverage transformer architectures, prompt-engineering techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to unlock new use cases in industrial analytics, predictive maintenance, and operator assistance.
- • Champion interoperability and standards: stay ahead of emerging protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A) to ensure AVEVA’s AI services integrate seamlessly with third-party systems and future-proof our technology stack.
- • Drive continuous learning: conduct literature reviews, attend internal guilds, and present findings to the team. Your curiosity will keep AVEVA at the forefront of AI research and application in the industrial domain.
- • Ensure quality and reproducibility: write clean, well-documented code; maintain version control with Git; and participate in peer reviews. Rigorous testing and monitoring will guarantee that every model you ship meets enterprise-grade reliability standards.
- • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and sustainability: AVEVA is the first industrial software company to have its science-based sustainability targets validated by the SBTi. Your innovations will help customers reduce emissions, conserve resources, and operate more responsibly.
🎯 Requirements
- • Academic excellence: 70 % or above in 10th, 12th, and BE/B.Tech (AI/ML) with no standing arrears; graduating in 2026
- • Solid grasp of core ML concepts: supervised & unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, model evaluation, and feature engineering
- • Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch); familiarity with C#/.NET is a plus
- • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, visualization, and version control (Git); prior internships, coursework projects, or research in AI/ML strongly preferred
- • Foundational knowledge of deep learning architectures, transformer models, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG; awareness of emerging standards like MCP and A2A is advantageous
🏖️ Benefits
- • Comprehensive insurance: medical, accidental, and life coverage for you and eligible dependents
- • Generous leave: attractive annual entitlement plus emergency, maternity, paternity, adoption, and childcare support days
- • Financial security: statutory gratuity and education assistance program to support lifelong learning
