📋 Description
- • Plan and execute campus roadshows across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in collaboration with the DACH Campus Team, selecting target universities and coordinating logistics with faculties, student councils, and AMBOSS ambassadors.
- • Deliver engaging, target-group-specific presentations to medical students, sharing firsthand experiences from your own medical studies and demonstrating how AMBOSS supports exam preparation, clinical decision-making, and daily learning.
- • Design and lead new student-focused events and initiatives based on direct feedback from medical students, leveraging your recent academic experience to identify unmet needs and translate them into actionable projects.
- • Manage event budgets in close cooperation with the Data Team, analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize resource allocation and maximize impact across campuses.
- • Serve as the primary on-the-ground representative of AMBOSS at medical faculties, acting as a bridge between students and internal product, marketing, and education teams to relay student insights and improve platform relevance.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, project management, and B2B partnership teams to gain exposure to broader organizational functions beyond campus engagement.
- • Utilize AMBOSS platform daily as a tool for medical reference and study support, ensuring authentic, credible advocacy based on personal usage and professional familiarity.
- • Travel regularly to universities throughout the DACH region to conduct in-person events, build relationships with student communities, and maintain a visible presence on campuses.
- • Evaluate event success through qualitative and quantitative feedback, adjusting strategies in real time to enhance student engagement and program effectiveness.
- • Contribute to the development of promotional materials such as flyers, stickers, and postcards, if interested, to support campus outreach efforts with creative, student-centric designs.
- • Participate in team-wide planning sessions to align campus initiatives with company goals, while maintaining autonomy to pilot innovative ideas rooted in student needs.
- • Maintain fluency in both German and English to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and international team members.
- • Embody the AMBOSS culture by demonstrating passion for medical education, enthusiasm for student interaction, and a proactive, organized approach to event execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed or nearly completed medical studies (Staatsexamen or equivalent)
- • Deep familiarity with and daily use of the AMBOSS platform for medical study and clinical reference
- • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
- • Proven ability to engage and motivate audiences, preferably through tutoring, teaching, or public speaking experience
- • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- • Native or fluent proficiency in German; comfortable working in English
