- • The Asia Pacific Channel Sales Sr. Manager at Intel Corporation provides leadership and strategic direction for expanding sales in the Military, Industry, Automotive, Medical, and Consumer sectors across the Asia Pacific region, driving alignment between corporate goals and channel execution.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the Channel Sales team by developing vision and roadmaps, managing distributor hiring and training, fostering communication between corporate and distributor sales teams, building executive customer relationships, and driving design registrations and wins to meet regional targets.
- • The role operates within Intel’s global semiconductor organization, collaborating with corporate headquarters, technical support, marketing, QA, and FAE teams to eliminate roadblocks and ensure sales proficiency across channel partners.
- • The individual will develop deep expertise in semiconductor sales processes, global business operations, and customer market dynamics while mentoring teams to achieve higher standards of ownership, execution, and career growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • More than 10 years of semiconductor (Logic Devices) business experience
- • More than 5 years of management experience with proven coaching ability
- • Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies (Device, Design, and System Technology) and Industry, Automotive, Medical, and Consumer business sectors
- • Global business experience working in foreign-owned organizations or overseeing cross-cultural assignments
- • Strong logical communication skills and good command of English
