- • As an Assembly Technician at Crusoe Energy Systems LLC, you will spearhead the building and assembly of innovative manufactured products and components, including modular data centers and power distribution centers, playing a crucial role in maintaining production flow and upholding quality standards.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building assembly and preparation, assembling structural components onto 60-foot metal skids, installing GPU racking and switchgears for modular AI data centers, reviewing work orders for material accuracy, overseeing product labeling and compliance, driving continuous process improvement, managing work area and inventory, and acting as a flexible team resource to backfill production needs.
- • You will join a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns and operates every layer of the stack—from electrons to tokens—to power the world’s most ambitious AI workloads, operating at the forefront of the industrial revolution where energy and intelligence converge.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced mechanical aptitude, gain hands-on experience with large-scale structural assembly and ERP systems, improve your ability to interpret engineering drawings, strengthen problem-solving and communication skills, and contribute to safety and compliance initiatives in a high-performance, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • High level of mechanical aptitude for understanding assembly processes and troubleshooting equipment
- • Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 lbs, and to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily
- • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- • Ability to accurately check engineering drawings for assembly requirements
- • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as Infor Visual or Acumatica is a plus
- • Licensed Forklift Operator certification is a bonus point
