GTM Engineer Lead

📋 Description

• • As a GTM Engineer Lead at Blossom Health, you will own and define success in the field-sales motion, directly partnering with the founder, field GTM team, and product & bizops teams to scale a mission-driven mental health platform that expands access to affordable, timely, clinically-effective care.
• • Day to day, you will operate at the intersection of GTM, ops, product, and strategy — building commission and quota plans, managing territories, designing hiring and performance tracking systems, enhancing CRM infrastructure, enriching data, and owning projects end-to-end from ideation to execution.
• • Blossom Health is a Series A mental health startup with $20M+ in funding from top-tier investors, partnering with psychiatrists to solve America’s mental health epidemic through an AI-native care platform loved by hundreds of clinicians and thousands of patients.
• • In this role, you will gain deep exposure to early-stage startup scaling, develop end-to-end GTM ownership, sharpen strategic and operational execution skills, and directly influence company direction while contributing to a 10x patient and provider experience.
