- • As a Presales Delivery Consultant within Global Payroll Solutions, you will ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation by leading in-depth payroll discovery and readiness validation for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, directly impacting delivery success and customer satisfaction.
- • You will lead detailed payroll discovery sessions, gather and document country-specific payroll data, identify operational and compliance risks early, validate feasibility of timelines and scope, and create comprehensive handover packs for Onboarding and Project Managers to prevent knowledge loss and scope creep.
- • You will support Sales teams on complex opportunities by providing payroll and implementation expertise, joining sales calls to set realistic expectations, align customer expectations with delivery reality, and ensure what is sold can be successfully delivered.
- • You will run Country Spotlight and enablement sessions for implementation teams, share country-specific complexities and best practices, and feed insights into product development, tooling, sales enablement, and delivery methodology to improve organizational readiness.
- • You will work within a globally distributed, high-growth SaaS company (7,000+ employees across 100+ countries) that is transforming global work through its all-in-one payroll and HR platform, backed by $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR, offering exposure to cutting-edge global payroll challenges and innovation.
- • You will develop deep expertise in multi-country payroll compliance, delivery readiness, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in global payroll transformation and building career-defining experience in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in global payroll, payroll implementation, or payroll operations
- • Strong understanding of multi-country payroll complexity and compliance
- • Experience leading or supporting payroll discovery, onboarding, or implementation projects
- • Ability to run structured, high-impact client discovery sessions
- • Excellent documentation and handover discipline
- • Confidence to raise risks and challenge assumptions constructively
