📋 Description
- • As Senior Manager, Healthcare Strategy & Operations at Stepful Inc., you will own key special projects to scale the Allied Health portfolio and drive profitable, 10x growth in active students, reporting directly to the SVP of Growth.
- • Day to day, you will support program performance by driving execution against profitability and unit economics goals, build and maintain program-level scorecards, execute against a program roadmap, identify performance gaps, and contribute to business cases for initiatives.
- • You will facilitate cross-functional coordination across Sales, Customer Success, Learning, and Operations to align on program priorities, support integrated planning, identify and escalate risks, and drive accountability for shared goals.
- • You will manage stakeholder communication with instructors, SMEs, accreditors, and regulators, prepare performance updates for senior leadership, and contribute insights to resource allocation and prioritization discussions.

- • 7+ years of experience, including in an operational role at a high-growth startup
- • Highly analytical with a structured approach to breaking down complex problems
- • Excellent communication skills with clear and concise writing and presenting
- • Expert collaborator able to lead through influence and coordinate diverse stakeholders at various levels
- • Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully and maintain a high bar for execution
- • Learns quickly through experimentation
