- • The Chief of Staff, Care Transformation & Customer Enablement at Ambience Healthcare serves as the operational backbone for the Care Transformation team, ensuring alignment, visibility, and execution across post-sale functions including CSMs, CTEs, Education, and Support, while bridging Marketing and customer-facing teams to drive readiness and impact.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning meeting cadences and agendas, building and maintaining real-time dashboards and trackers for account health and headcount, leading OKR tracking and improvement initiatives, creating enablement content such as battle cards and pitch materials, anticipating cross-functional needs between CT and Marketing, and owning operational contributions to major industry events like HFMA and ViVE.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in healthcare enterprise operations, enablement systems, and cross-functional leadership; build scalable operating rhythms from scratch; gain visibility into executive decision-making; and directly impact team effectiveness and customer outcomes through structured enablement and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in strategy & ops, customer success operations, RevOps, or enablement leadership in a high-growth B2B or healthcare tech environment
- • Proven ability to build systems, functions, or operating cadences from scratch in environments without existing infrastructure
- • Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor complex product information for different audiences (e.g., CSMs, CTEs, Support teams)
- • Comfort with operational literacy including owning dashboards, budget trackers, planning models, and agendas simultaneously
- • Experience influencing without authority and driving work forward through clarity and trust in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
- • Low ego, high follow-through mindset — consistently owning action items, sending recaps, and closing loops without being prompted
