- • As a Sr. Practice Director of Conga’s North America Professional Services organization, you’ll be responsible for execution and delivery of services while driving operational excellence, timely customer value realization, customer satisfaction, and project profitability through scalable service offerings, including implementation and consulting.
- • You will lead and manage Conga’s highly skilled Engagement Manager team in the delivery of high-value solutions, including building the team, embedding best practice processes, managing key customer relationships, overseeing execution plans, and planning efficient resource allocation across the team to deliver value for all clients.
- • You are a facilitator, a coach, an advisor and never stop asking questions. You bring strategic vision, foster a culture of innovation, and demonstrate inspiring leadership that motivates teams to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional customer value.
- • You’ll act as a business owner, driving the actions and results that will lead to the team and company’s success, while supporting the growth of the organization and managing and mentoring a fantastic team to develop along their career path.
- • You will inspire, train, and inspire your team, hire the right people in the right positions, help them develop in their careers, and get buy-in and support from other internal teams.
- • You are an expert relationship cultivator who genuinely enjoys building relationships, takes customer needs and your understanding of delivery to position the right solutions, and is willing to travel to meet with customers and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Expert in delivery of SaaS services for a wide range of customer sizes and industries with a track record of executing and over-achieving customer satisfaction and profitability targets.
- • Experience leading and motivating a services delivery team comprised of engagement/project managers, comfortable with a matrixed resource structure, and consistently delivering customer solutions that drive customer value while achieving project financial goals.
- • Proven record of leading, training, and inspiring teams, hiring the right people, helping them develop in their careers, and motivating the team to focus on a vision with consistent services delivery methodology and best practices.
- • Expert relationship cultivator with genuine interest in getting to know customers and their needs, able to position the right solutions based on customer needs and delivery understanding.
- • Willingness to travel to meet with customers and internal teams as needed.
