📋 Description

• Asset Management — Expert AI Trainer (US) at Aptura Inc. is a remote, part-time role focused on translating institutional investment processes into AI-readable logic to improve AI model training in finance.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding AI reasoning in asset management, comparing human and machine judgments across asset classes, and iteratively refining AI models used in research, portfolio construction, and client communication.

• In this role, you will gain hands-on experience shaping how AI models interpret complex investment workflows, deepen your understanding of AI-human collaboration in institutional finance, and contribute to cutting-edge advancements in AI-driven asset management.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a major long-only institutional manager (e.g., BlackRock, Vanguard, Fidelity, Capital Group, T. Rowe Price, Wellington Management, PIMCO, MFS Investment Management, Neuberger Berman, Jennison Associates, Artisan Partners)
• Senior Research Analyst or Portfolio Manager level
• Deep expertise in equities, fixed income, or multi-asset portfolio management
• Experience conducting fundamental analysis, writing investment commentary, and engaging with company management or issuers
• Familiarity with client reporting, risk attribution, and investment policy constraints
